Rental Space at the Swim & Fitness Club

Candelas offers a variety of options for private rentals at the Swim & Fitness Club at Parkview. The facility's amenities can be reserved on an hourly basis and can be booked up to three months in advance of the event date. Click here for more information on private rentals, including policies and pricing, or contact the Lifestyle Director at 720-625-8080.


Community Room


The Community Room can accommodate up to 75 people and includes use of the room's tables and chairs. The space features a full kitchen, including refrigerators, an oven with electric stove top, a microwave, and dishwasher. A gas fireplace and state-of-the-art media system, featuring a full-sized projector screen, allow for the perfect touch to any occasion. 

Outdoor Patio


The Outdoor Patio can accommodate up to 10 people and includes the use of outdoor sofas. Featuring a barbecue grill and a gas-powered fire pit, smaller parties are sure to enjoy this comfortable gathering space. Bask in the beautiful Colorado landscapes with spectacular views of the Flatirons above nearby Boulder.


Conference Room


The Swim & Fitness Club offers two conference room options for your meeting needs. The facility can accommodate up to 10 people in a Small Conference Room or 20 people in a Large Conference Room, and includes the use of tables and chairs. The room also features a personalized media system, allowing users to connect to a large flat-screen television for presentations.


Covered Pool Patio


The Covered Pool Patio can accommodate up to 20 people and includes the use of tables and chairs. This area offers perfect access to the Olympic-size pool surrounded by a generous deck appointed with high quality pool furniture, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing summer afternoon with the kids in the sun.

    Candelas offers 193 acres of on-site open space, and it’s all surrounded by 11,500+ acres of protected public lands that await your discovery. There’s also a National Wildlife Refuge next door, a protected natural habitat that’s home to deer, elk, owls, white pelicans and more than 300 other species.     A total of 13.5 miles of recreational trails meander all throughout Candelas, ideal for taking a walk, jog, bike or horseback ride. Explore within Candelas, or enjoy direct access to open space lands and trails at the gateway of the Rockies. The trails lead to White Ranch Park, and beyond to Rocky Mountain National Park, a wilderness area with at least 60 mountains exceeding 12,000 feet.
