Payments

In order to make payments and registering for activities and events easier for all homeowners, we have compiled a list of important websites and instructions below, depending on what you are wanting to do.

How do I pay my Quarterly Statement?

Quarterly statements are automatically sent by the CCMC corporate office to all homeowners who live in Candelas. Most homeowners will only have to pay for trash and recycling service each quarter, which is currently $42.50 through Republic Services. If you live in an Alley Lot home, located in the Townview neighborhood, there are additional quarterly dues to cover your maintenance on your home, of $330 per quarter. If you have accrued fees for covenant violations, you may also see those reflected on your account.

For questions on your account please call the CCMC corporate office directly at 480-921-7500.
You may access the online payment portal here: http://www.ccmcnet.com/homeowners/payment-options/

Forms of payment

Direct Debit from Bank Account: To set up or change information for an existing direct debit from your bank account, please fill out this form and email it, along with a voided check to achsetup@ccmcnet.com. Or, you may fax the completed form and voided check to 480-921-7564.

Automatic payment with credit card: Visit https://www.mutualpaypropertypay.com/ and sign up for an online account. Please note that there is a 2-3% transaction fee for using a credit card, depending on your credit card company.

Mail: You may mail a check for the amount you owe directly to the CCMC corporate address, which is listed on your statement.

Trash/Recycling Service

Candelas has a community-wide contract through Republic Services for trash and recycling pick up. While you are not permitted to hire your own waste company to service your trash when living in Candelas, you may choose to opt out of the community account and not receive trash or recycling service at all.

To opt out of trash and recycling pick up, please contact Republic Services at 303-286-1200, and indicate your request to be removed from the Candelas account.

Once you receive a confirmation of your cancellation, please email this to the District Manager, Brooke Baughn, at bbaughn@ccmcnet.com so she can update your account at the CCMC corporate office to stop future billing for your address.

You should not be paying for trash or recycling service directly with Republic, as it is automatically setup with your account at CCMC.
