  • Swim & Fitness Clubs

    The two Swim & Fitness Clubs offer sparkling pools, fitness rooms with state-of-the-art exercise equipment as well as poolside barbecue areas and indoor-outdoor gathering spaces for celebrations of every kind.

  • Open Space

    The District owns about 193 acres of open space within the Candelas community where terrific soft and hard trails wind through native grasses, creek beds and hilly terrain. Many wildlife species may call this open space home making it a terrific natural museum for our residents to explore at their leisure.

    The community garden is a place where people can join together to celebrate the land, their lives, and each other. The garden will be committed to producing sustainably raised, seasonal fruits, and vegetables—all sorts of great-tasting organic goodness.

  • Trails

    A total of 13.5 miles of recreational trails meander all throughout the District, ideal for taking a walk, jog, bike or horseback ride. Explore within the District property, or enjoy direct access to open space lands and trails at the gateway of the Rockies. The trails will lead to other regional connections east into Arvada and west to the Rocky Mountains.
