The Board of Directors for Cimarron and Vauxmont Metro Districts have secured the services of a new District Management company as well as a Community Management company to assist with day-to-day operations and billing for all homeowners.
 
Community Management - Timberline District Consulting, LLC (TDC) 
 
Contracted to provide a full-scale management solution to maintaining developments and Master Planned Communities for District Managers and the Board of Directors. 
 
Services to include:
  • Operations on behalf of the Boards for all District owned assets
  • Management of Contractors
  • Management of Vendors
  • Management of Suppliers
  • District Fencing
  • Pond amenities
  • Water systems
  • Access control
  • Security
  • Landscaping
  • Irrigation systems both potable and raw water systems
  • Pools
  • Clubhouses
  • Rentals
In Addition, Timberline District Consulting is the Community Management Company that will be responsible for
  • Covenant Control
  • Design Guidelines
  • Architectural Review Applications (Please download the updated form online)
  • Common Area Landscaping
  • Snow Removal
  • Inspections
  • Resales
  • All Community Concerns within the boundaries of Cimarron/Vauxmont Metro Districts

BOARD MEMBERS AND ELECTION INFORMATION
Each District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. Board members are elected by property owners within the Districts and are elected to staggered three and four-year terms of office. Any individual who resides within the boundaries of the District, or who owns or is under contract to purchase taxable real or personal property situated within the boundaries of the District, and is a registered voter in Colorado, is eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.
Regular District elections are held in May of even numbered years. Information related to District elections may be obtained from the District Manager at 720-625-8080.
