Live Life Wide Open
“Life Wide Open” is the unique way of life enjoyed by all Candelas community members. Every aspect of Candelas has been designed to deliver a comfortable, engaging and sustaining way of life for all ages. Depending on where you live in the community, your views and experiences will differ. The six distinctive villages of Candelas are named for their unique geographic setting. Each residential village offers its own brand of picturesque views of the surrounding landscape – views that are reflected in each village’s name. So whether it’s the inviting scene of a beautiful park, the expanse of a rugged canyon, or a sweeping vista of the Rocky Mountain range, every Candelas owner gets to choose the backdrop of their life.
A big part of living Life Wide Open is strapping on your hiking boots, running shoes or ski gear, and heading out into the wilderness for fun! Candelas offers six public City of Arvada parks that are no more than a half-mile away from every home. A total of 13.5 miles of hiking and biking trails meanders throughout Candelas and into more than 11,500 acres of nearby open space. With its location nestled in the foothills, Candelas provides easy access to living the ultimate Colorado lifestyle.
No matter if you are a young family or empty nesters, we have events throughout the year that cater to every interest. An on-site lifestyle director plans an array of activities throughout the year, with the goal to create lasting memories and bring the community together in a place that feels like home. The Town Center commercial space surrounding the Candelas neighborhood will eventually give residents shopping and dining options close to home – just an added perk on top of the already thriving culture you can experience all throughout the City of Arvada. There's something for everyone at Candelas!
Please contact Traci McDonald at email@example.com or 720-625-8080 if you have any questions about the lifestyle program or amenities.
