UPDATE ON MANAGEMENT AS OF 9/1/2021
 
The Board of Directors for Cimarron and Vauxmont Metro Districts have secured the services of a new District Management company as well as a Community Management company to assist with day-to-day operations and billing for all homeowners.
 
CLA - CliftonLarsonAllen 
Contracted to provide District Management Services to include:
  • Statutory Compliance of the District and oversight of operations and other providers
  • Billing,
  • Accounting
  • Community Complaints

Contracted to provide a full-scale management solution to maintaining developments and Master Planned Communities for District Managers and the Board of Directors.

  • Management of suppliers
  • Pond amenities
  • Water systems
  • Access control
  • Security
  • Landscaping
  • Irrigation systems both potable and raw water systems, pools, clubhouses, rentals, etc.
In Addition, Timberline District Consulting is the Community Management Company that will be responsible for
  • Covenant Control
  • Design Guidelines
  • Architectural Review Applications
  • Common Area Landscaping
  • Snow Removal
  • Inspections
  • Resales
  • Status Letters
  • All Community Concerns within the boundaries of Cimarron/Vauxmont Metro Districts
